Four result types
A direct high-confidence match to a listed product group.
The CN heading may be listed only for products made from a specific relevant commodity or species.
A product newly added by the 2026 Annex I update.
A product category explicitly deleted or excluded by the 2026 update.
Some familiar products changed status.
The 2026 delegated update did more than add products. It also removed or narrowed several entries, so older EUDR lists can now be wrong.
CN 2101 11 00 added; applies from 30 Dec 2027.
ex 0206 21 00 added; applies from 30 Dec 2027.
4101, 4104 and 4107 entries deleted from Annex I.
Retreaded tyres were removed; the update narrows the relevant 4012 coverage.
Do not stop at the first code match.
A product-scope match is only the first step. Confirm your company role, country benchmark and evidence readiness before relying on the result.
A reliable EUDR decision should also confirm the exact CN classification, product material or species, operator role, country of production, company category and the current legal text.
